Rates
One price for every merchant, based on market, transaction type, and amount. Your KYC level sets your monthly limits.
Uganda (UGX)
Networks: MTN MoMo, Airtel Money.

Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and DR Congo
Mobile money in and out is 4% of the amount in that market's currency. No 1,500 UGX floor.

Bank payouts use the same 1% / 5,000 UGX minimum fee as Uganda.

- Mobile money collection fee (3%): 3,000 UGX
- You receive: 97,000 UGX
For a collection of KES 10,000:
- Mobile money collection fee (4%): 400 KES
- You receive: 9,600 KES
A 20,000 UGX electricity bill: Nylon fee is 1,500 UGX (the 1,500 minimum). A 200,000 UGX bill: Nylon fee is 2,000 UGX (1%).
